(6) Contact Us
Who we are: For years, several concerned Ticonderoga residents and groups have spoken out concerning the need for property tax reform: These include the Association of Concerned Taxpayers (ACT) (John Whiteley) and the Ticonderoga Taxpayers Association (Rich Wray).
Contact us directly: We'd prefer that you contact either of us by e-mail. E-mail enables us to quickly respond and electronically contact you quickly, or get answers to questions quickly. Alternately, you can contact us by phone or U.S. mail as follows:
Rich Wray: RJWray@hotmail.com Phone: 518-585-5267 or 410-833-4686;
8 Caldwell Circle, Ticonderoga, NY 12883
John Whiteley: whiteley@nycap.rr.com

Your questions and comments or feedback are welcome.
Your question or comment will be answered privately unless you request to have it published in our Q & A section. Please click here to go to our Q & A section for our guidelines on publishing questions. (We are also looking for personal property tax "horror stories" that NY homeowners are willing to share. To read more about these, click here.)
NOTE: We try to expand our e-mail mailing list to include other property taxpayer groups and individuals. If you would like to receive our e-mails, please contact us.
QUESTION: I haven't been contacted by the www.EyeOnTi.com staff recently. Will you contact me by telephone or mail? (Staff)
ANSWER: We'll be glad to phone you if you contact us. We want to try to avoid "snail mail" because of the cost of postage. We would prefer to use e-mail to reach you. (One of the neat things about e-mail and the internet is how we can quickly contact many folks at once.) Contacting people with phone calls or "snail mail" (U.S. mail) takes a lot of time or expense.
If at all possible, please send us an e-mail with an e-mail address where we can contact you.
Please keep in mind that our staff is a volunteer staff and that we may not always be able to respond to or post your question/comment promptly. We also apologize if you have not received an e-mail or a response; please try contacting us again. We often have computer problems. (And we were born in the dark ages.)
